Craft Vendor Registration

Craft and Vendor Market Registration for August 18th, 19th, and 20th, 2022 During the Central District Fire Convention

 

The event is being held on August 18th, 19th and 20th, 2022 from 1PM until 8PM on Thursday and 10 AM until 8 PM on Friday and Saturday.

Spaces are available inside the apparatus room (limited spaces so its first come first serve) and outside of the Nanty Glo Fire Department.  The available spaces inside and outside can be used by any vendor (fee of $30) or for Non Profits within Nanty Glo Borough, Blacklick Township, and Vintondale Borough.  Non profits that are inside the station must be able to move their items to the back of the station to allow room for the fire apparatus at night.  The spaces inside the station are 10' x 10'.  If you are not willing to move your items at night, please choose an outside space.  Limited spaces are available inside.  Spaces outside each craft vendor will be provided a 10' x 10' space.   Each vendor shall provide their own protective covering, tables, and chairs.  Spaces outside will be on a paved surface.  Please plan accordingly to use ballast to secure any pop-up tent.  

Power will not be able to be provided.

We also ask since this is a family event, items being sold shall not be considered offensive.  The Nanty Glo Fire Department reserves the right to deny entry to any vendor.

The entry cost will be $30.00 per booth (10' x 10' spot) for the entire 3 days

There is no fee for non-profit organizations within Nanty Glo Borough, Blacklick Township, and Vintondale Borough.

We will be sending an email out the week prior to the event to indicate where you will be set up and times for set up.  There will be limited parking on the property due to the size of the event.  We will accommodate you the best possible to drop off your items.  The Central District Volunteer Firemen's Assn Annual Convention includes fire departments from over 24 Counties.  Camping is provided for member departments with events and meetings for the three days.  A parade begins at 5PM on Saturday that typically brings a large crowd to the hosting town.
